The way to Keep Motivated on Your Fitness Journey Long-Term

Set Clear, Achievable Goals

Having clear goals provides your fitness journey direction and purpose. Instead of saying “I wish to get fit,” define exactly what which means to you. Do you want to lose 10 pounds, run a 5K, or build muscle definition? Break your most important goal into smaller, measurable milestones that you could achieve week by week. For instance, start by aiming to work out 3 times a week or add one more serving of vegetables to your meals each day. Small victories build momentum, and momentum fuels motivation.
