Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district where SubmitYourPR.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  4. A physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

SubmitYourPR.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts and access for repeat infringers or for anyone who violates our policies.
